When scheduling your appointment, please keep in mind that the duration may be up to 3 hours or more, depending on your desired set. It is important to book your appointment accordingly to allow ample time for the service.
To ensure the highest quality of service, I do not rush the process or skip any steps. This is to guarantee the exceptional quality that you deserve.

When booking you will be required to add a credit card. Your card will never be charged without prior communication.
Cancelations must be done 24hrs prior your next appointment or you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
Please reschedule 24hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to comply will result in a 50% of the cost of the service booked.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment and make sure you are ready for your appointment when you arrive.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48-24 hours in advance. If you are going to be late, please call before your scheduled appointment time to let me know and we can then make a decision whether we need to reschedule or not. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, no show, or show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment our policy will be enforced.
Credit card needs to be on file to book the appointments and 50% of scheduled appointment charged if past the 24 hour cancellation time. 100% charged for no shows. We do understand that sometimes life happens; However, we reserve the right to refuse service.
We consistently strive to improve our services and client feedback is essential and more than welcome in order to enhance the overall experience.
We ask for your respectful feedback in any situation that can compromise your experience. Rude and/or inappropriate behavior by clients or staff will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

Child Policy
We ask that you please let us know if you are not happy with your service as soon as possible, during the appointment so that I can make any corrections necessary. This is not to be confused with changing your mind or trying to receive discount after a service has been performed. If it has been more then 1 week since your appointment, or you choose to have a different style, you will be charged full price for any adjustments. Unfortunately, if a client is unhappy with the outcome of their nails and chooses to go to another salon and/or remove the nails on their own, I can no longer see what corrective measures need to be taken.
Therefore we do not offer refunds.
During services, children without an appointment are not allowed in the service area and may not be left unattended in the lobby.
**We reserve the right to refuse service base on child's behavior an their parents ability to monitor child without disrupting scheduled services. If appointments are interrupted, we may need to reschedule for a time when child care is arranged.
